What is PassLok Universal?
PassLok Universal combines three apps into a single one, to do whatever security-related task you need for any webpage:
  1. Peer-to-peer encryption and decryption for your favorite email or chat.
  2. High-security passwords for any web-based login.
  3. Webpage isolation so no rogue extensions can snoop or interfere.

Encryption for email and chat

PassLok Universal includes the crypto functions of PassLok for Email, which it extends to any web mail or chat service.

Password synthesis and management

Then, PassLok Universal adds the powerful password-management functions of SynthPass. You only need to remember one password for all your logins, which you never need to change.
Password management is also done without servers, so nobody else can possibly access your logins.

Webpage isolation within the main window
If the webpage contains neither communications nor logins, PassLok Universal will allow you to save a secure note on the page, plus the ability to isolate it so no other extension can mess with it, taken from Page Cage.
Think Incognito or Private Mode, but without having to open a new window.
